I did dye my hair countless times since I think brown (my natural hair color) didn't fit me that well. I still have pretty long (till hips) healthy strong hair I just never really try to use too many chemical stuff and try to get it air dried as often as I can. but then again some have geneticly more luck than others hehe =)
