Constant key changes throughout the whole thing, which makes the whole thing sound bad.

And if you use a karaoke tape or play guitar, you'll just sound like everyone else.

No one really cares about your shoes.

You're voice itself is good.

Just don't do any more a capella stuff.

It has poor sound quality, like I think it would sound waaay better with better equipment, but you have you have fairly good control of your voice. but just as a suggestion, I would say you might want to use a touch less vibrato. but I personally think the tempo and everything else is fine. your voice fits the song really well. =)
