I also appreciate your videos Payo Humberto. Just want to say I don't think this is a special separate technique, for it's only a combination of both arpegio and picado. I have been using these before, but don't see them as something really hard. although, everything needs exercising.

The position of the hand doing arpeggios tends to be slightly different when doing picados, as one is free stroke and the other one rest stroke. I find it really useful to picado-arpeggio excersises to get a good flow between one and the other. Manuel Granados, Oscar Herrero and other great flamenco teachers propose this kind of studies in their methods.
