No. I think it's fine as it is.

The only thing I wish for is that if there was actual voice acting. But on such a low budget, finding a decent actor so that, say, Michael doesn't sound like a seventeen-year-old would probably be difficult.

I don't think this would be good in anime, I had already seen anime for the Devil May Cry and it didn't contain the great action that the game contained, the anime will only kill the scary creepy feeling of the Silent Hill series, anyways who'd want to waste time coloring all the rust and blood on the walls?

Silent Hill definitely wouldn't work in an anime format. It just doesn't fit the feel of the series. That said, having recently seen No Escape, I have to say that animation and budget limitations aside, it's great. The creator not only has a good feel for the atmosphere, but also managed to do something original with it.
