My definition of a terrorist:

An individual who commits an act endangering civilian lives to frighten a group or population to express a point.

Example? Suicide bombers, who in an act of cowardice, injure and kill civilians around them, cause the victims' fear to go on buses, crowded areas, etc. This is done to express a view towards the destruction of Israel and the creation of Palestine.

The ``war on Terror'' is a misnomer and is losing credibility - fast. Most of the victims of the war are innocent people such as the ones bombed in Afghanistan, Iraq. Thousands of people were rounded up after 9/11 in the US and not even a single was ever charged with terrorism and even at Guantanamo Bay the majority have not been given access to lawyers and any evidence against them is nebulous. Renaming the lexicon of the war is less about political correctness than it is about factuality.
