This song invented 'dance/rock', made more popular years later by Blondie, Talking Heads, many others..as usual, he was years ahead of everyone...until this song, it was either a ballad or a rock or funk or whatever, but no rock for dancing, and he just tossed it off..Actually all of LOW is amazing, still holds up,
