Everyone to their own opinion, but bearing in mind these kids are aged 11-13 yrs, without singing experience I think they did a pretty good job of it. Well done to Kevin and the team! The ones that matter enjoyed it.

Thanks for your comments. As you may remember the recording was made for the troops serving abroad. As far as who was able to do the radio interview, the BBC requested the 3 main singers as the BBC studio only holds about 5 persons maximum. However, I hope you enjoyed the day recording, and just remeber that your part was just as important as everyone else. KRB

There will be an interview on BBC Tees 95 FM, on Tuesday the 22nd of DEC 09 between 1105am and 1130am. This will feature the main singers along with the writer and composer og "Open up your Hearts"

You can always listen on line, just type in BBC Tees and click on listen live.

This is totally amazing, even though its my daughter Claudia singing in the middle, I dont think I am at all being biased to say how fantastic this video and song is. People watching, please realise this all came together in a day, my daughter and her friends hadn't known the song previously and also Claudia is only 11 years old herself. This should be released as a record, Thank you so very much Spotlight you have certainly made our Christmas. Totally blown away. Merry Christmas to all xx
