@2fast4uspartan Yeah you're right there corruption well I hope it'll be sorted out soon I wish someday at least, cause the way this bus is polluting it should be thrown right away to trash cause it don't need to show any of the pollution certificates we can see how it is polluting still as you say bribes work here and I guess every where close the eyes with bribes!! We can just hope can't do much!!
I wonder how they get passed by the pollution check centers ... ??
