Thats safe sex . . . having safe sex doesn't mean jumping from one person to the next every other day but using a condom when you do it. And Oral sex can give you HIV.

the western world has an obligation to prevent HIV and aids in africa because we are the reason they have it. A western infection which was never seen in Africa until we went over and raped their women who then became positive, as were the children that were born as a result. The HIV strand jumped from monkeys to humans. From the research I have done the first infection was in Haiti. The fact that you blame westerners is pure ignorance.
