the lilly allen cover may be legit, that doesn´t mean that its any good. actually its a weak version compared to the original and this version here.
this here has a special mood to it that almost reminds me of "athmosphere" from joy division (except the vocals of course) which is one of the holy songs in my personal rock pantheon. just as the original "straight to hell" from the clash is.

Wow, love this! Very different to the original and in some ways more powerful, but manages to stay true to the meaning of the original song done by The Clash. Did Lily Allen even know what she was singing aboutshe should stick to er cockney rhymes?!
