@iluveyeshadows Hi :) When we say keep it like this for a year, it means keep your hair braided for a one year. For major hair growth. Hope this helps.

tink I'll tell my girls on realqueens.ning.com about this this is a great protective braiding pattern and the oils are a great idea because the stocking cap allows the green house effect to take place yor hair will heat and the oils will seal the moisture keeping your hair hydrated under your quickweave .. I LOVE it waiting on my pro 10 hair will be using this for the texas summer thanx again

this is great!!! but how can you use the oils while the hair is under a stocking cap??

@Zeprincess01 put the oils on the hair after braiding/wrapping and put the stocking cap on top.
