If this Bill Passes Chuggaa will be shutdown unless he removes all of his videos. It will also shut down Machinima, Tobuscus, SeaNanners, TB, BlueXephos, Leptir1 and other popular gaming Channels. I dont normally do this but Thumbs up so the word is spread.
