okay so i just got back form cancun like 6 weeks ago... i did xplor and i have to say its just amazing the ziplines kind of depressed me seeing as they didnt go as fast as i would have liked... but the cave swiming and rafting was just magnificent. other ones i went to included Xel Ha, Tulum, Chichen Itza, Selvativca... and yes i suggest all of these if you can afford them, they are just amazing

do you have to start at the very top? i'm going here in sept. and would like to try it, but i'm a bit scared of heights.

@rawrimhungry78 every zip line is connnected. unless you start at the very top, you cannot get the harness gear. maybe they will harness you up and let you walk to the next station, but let me tell you. . . it's a long walk in the jungle or under the cave. and trust me, i don't like the height myself but once I was on the zipline it wasn't scary.

@stand6666 it all depends on how much you weigh and how much wind blows against you. but most of the zip-lines runs 60-180 seconds up in the air. also there are 11 zip-lines total so you could do the math.

@peteydiesel: XPLOR was so worth the money, no regrets!! I did choose to go to xcaret though. People told me xcaret is more towards family with little kids.

I thought I would be just going over the tree tops like this when I signed up for the Hawaiin Flyynn in Maui. They take you up steep foresty volcano and then 7 zips where the canyons can be 600 feet deep and last one is almost a mile long 60 miles per hr and you have to treck up narrow paths to next zip where canyon cliffs close by. But this one in Mexico looks fun

@alexiaashford : You are not wrong, we were the only ones. It was early in the morning and on that specific day it was pretty windy and we got cold. But it got warmer in the afternoon.

i just got back from cancun last nite and i did the xplor..i wanted to die with all the damn walking... it was worth it tho..lol
