Wow, it's amazing that this is your first vid. I think you did an amazing job.
You didn't fall into any of the usual novice pitfalls, and you used a good variety of clips.
I especially like that you went back repeatedly to the band performance, since it gave it the feel of a traditional music video. Since most AMVs are set up more like a narrative it's nice to see someone actually make the 'promo clip' feel work. Most attempts end up feeling rather disjointed. :3 I hope you plan on making more.
It isn't extremely quiet, but it is to an extent that doing something in the background would tune out the song almost completely. It's not too bad, though. I think it being quiet is worth how good this AMV is.

It's due to the fact that the uploader rendered the video when it was a normal loudness to him/her. But you have not so great headphones, or a really bad sound settings on your computer, so you hear the music very softly. This can be easily fixed by turning up your volume.
You, apparently, have not uploaded many videos. Sometimes youtube messes up the sound settings when a video is uploaded, but it can also be related to rendering as you said. Also, I never said it was so quiet that I could hardly hear it, just quiet to an extent of me wondering if my laptop is really on 100% rather than 60% because my laptop is very very loud...

All I said was that this video didn't have that issue. If the uploader can hear it fine, and I can hear it fine, it only leaves room to doubt that it is a problem on everybody else's sound. As i said, they either need better headphones/speakers, or to turn up the volume more.
Are you using the laptop speaker? That may be the reason.

@sheffskrong lol im sorry but what are you talking about??? as soon as i read ur comment, dozens of "violent parts" from this anime popped in my head. this anime is FILLED with moments like that where someone gets killed in a bloody way. like in the episode where they were underground and all those traps kept killing them, that big guy got killed by those lasers. It doesnt have to be "violent" for u to make it appeal to be violent. you just need to open ur mind and be more creative.
I know there are a lot of parts which I could use but...it's impossible to use every Action and Drama cutscenes in one 3-min-AMV. And I thought under "violent parts" you mean the "bloody parts"...and in your example, you don't realy see Matsushita being cut...And for somebody without experince...I don't think I would make a good AMV if I would try to use drama and psychologicall sequences...
Personally, I think this AMV is amazing. The song doesn't quite fit the anime, but the scenes chosen and the timing was brilliant. The end especially, with the GDM singer striking off the last note in sinc with the song. Every time I hear this song, I think of Angel Beats now. And every time I think of Angel Beats, I hear this song playing in my head.
This is amazing, and for your first AMV, nothing I could make would even be able to compare to this.
Well Um its not a bad video Good editing but. In my opnion it got boring seeing the same type of transactions with the anime, and also the song wasnt that good maby something better :]. Need to keep peoples attention i lost interest around 1 min :] hope that helps.
