bubsy is defiantly not a great game, but i think its a decent enough platformer. A lot of people bash it for being a sonc rip off kind of thing, but every game developer was trying too come up with a mascot at the time, even sega was kind of ripping off mario with sonic, but i prefer too think they were inspired rather then ripped off.

Bubsy isn't a great game, but its not as bad as people say it is.
