you should have ordered fronts. It will make it wider. It is not going to be any wider with the rears all around.

well i swap the castor blocks on each side to give my rusty more turn travel and it works really well but my tires will get caught on the rpm front arms

Does the esc very overly warm when driving like this?

my friend intends to use his 8 cell with his sidewinder 5700 on a mostly stock pede and i'm concerned with heat issues

the esc stays cool but its the motor that kinda heats up. But you need to get bearings for the wheels if its an xl-5 version of the stampede. And it would be wise to have a temperature gun. Like an infrared one. I have the duratrax flashpoint. Dont let the motor get over 200.

my motor is hitting 177, but i am gearing rather high. I am gearing 23/76 right now. Piled the motor bearings? i dont really know what you mean but brushless motors dont need any mantinence. Even if you do mess up the bearings its 10 bucks for a re build kit from traxxas for the vxl motor.

here its a yeah racing 4000 mah. But now i have a maxamps 6000 2s and it is way better with runtimes at 36 minutes on the 5700 sidewinder.

its a 7.4 volt 2s yeah racing pack. Lipo is 7.4 volts for 2s and nimh a 6 cell is 7.2 volts but a 2s is equal to a good 7 cell.

Landing the jump at 1:48 you can clearly see the back of the body flop around. Even on the next two jumps after it. There's no denying it, it's nothing to be ashamed of.

dude your a fucking idoit. Its called driving. When you flip over on the concrete or whatever the body clips come off and then nothing is holding the body on. Duh, i dont stop every 5 seconds to put my body clips back on. Usually the body just rips off and i just keep driving.

obviously you have never painted or cut your own rc car bodies. You have to drill your own holes for the posts. Im not talking about this retarded subject anymore because you cant even fathom that just because a body is made for a different truck that you cant drill new holes, its common sense.

Is the 2s lipo alot faster than a 7 cell 4000 pack since the 7 cell has more voltage but the lipo has a higher discharge rate? Also with the 4600 in my pede to be should i get 7 cells or save up for a 3s lipo and charger? Which one do you like more NIMH or LIPO?

i like lipo way more. I think you should get the duratrax onyx charger and equinox balanceer. It is amazing its 115 for all of that. And my truck is better with lipo cause the lipo can supply more under power than my nimh can. And it is the same all the way through the pack. You have the sidewinder 4600 right? so you will do fine with lipo but you need the castle link to program the cutoff.

with the balancer it takes about an hour and 10 minutes, maybe less. And without the balancer it takes 57 minutes.

And yes, the balancer is easy as hell to work. I love the darn thing. You can balance your batteries without a charger or discharger so you could really do it anywhere.

no, you have to have a charger to charge it. LOL duh. And the balancer just brings both the cells in the battery to equal volts. Yes you can balance without a charger but then you still have to charge the battery to drive. You should have a balancer cause it makes the battery last way longer. If you have a 1 cell lipo you abviously dont need a balancer cause there isnt 2 cells to bring to equal volts. But it will have no power in your truck.

yea, it goes 47.23 mph. But thats with a heavy ass GPS on the bottom lol. And yes get that charger it rocks. I cant live without it. I have never had a problem with any duratrax charger and i have messed with over 10 of them!!!
