I think it's just she was nervous, it was the beginneing and she was stressed and maybe not properly warmed-up so her hroat was squeezed tight and she just tried her best. After the song she even admitted she was, so no wonder the first performance at this concert wasn't as good as the anime version. But I have to say that from 3:13 to the end she got better than at the very beginning. ;)
