  • Bell!!!! She was like my childhood hero!!!!!

  • bell it tok a while but i got it

  • bellaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

  • had the sound off and could tell straight away it was belle, amazing work!

  • Wow that's really good! Keep up the good work! Also, I was wondering if you could teach us how to draw a cat in Disney style, because I simply cannot fine a tutorial of it

  • I'm sorry to do this, but I just couldn't resist:

"My voice gives me super strength!"

  • You're voice should totally do commercials or something...

  • this guy is amazing!!

  • her hair looks stupid

  • @bill3487 how?

  • i knew it when you did the eyes and i'm left handed

  • Belle

  • here because of tumblr!

  • Again, I apologize that I can't take your requests. I was hired to do these videos, so I don't personally have the equipment. As for the odd angle, we filmed each of these videos with me holding the finished page upright at the end, but for some reason, they didn't use those shots! Also, these are basic lessons produced in 5 minutes or less (3:27 in this case). No editing. Thanks everybody!

  • hi jay

iv been serching alover the web to find a good how to draw disney princesses vid or sight.

iv watched your videos befor and have found them quite good but you see its not the heads i have troble with. i always find bodies difficult to draw especially because disney princesses bodies are so danty, so it would be grate if you would make a video including how to draw the bodies

    thank you :)

  • Jay? Could you show the final drawing you make at the end so that we could check out the result? Please?

  • I knew it was Bell at 1:04!!!

  • My picture turned out so terrible!

  • How many people are practicing drawing Disney princesses for the sole purpose of drawing porn of them?

  • it looks like belle but it's not as pretty as the disney one.I think Belle is hard to draw.Even in the sequels of beauty and the beast, belle looks nothing like the original belle

  • i knew it was gonna be belle!!!!! from the beggining of the video i knew!!!!!

  • I knew it was Belle the minute I saw how the hair was parted!

  • Why can´t i see the video? Nice text, but not what i wanted to see

  • @Victoria9322 Oh boy if you would know what it takes to draw those so good;it takes sketches, everything!I´m getting close after 5 years of drawing pain :D

  • I guessed it was belle before you even finished drawing the head XD

  • Disney Studios today is very bland.

  • mrs jetson? 0.o looks like her

  • i guess it right too ^^

  • haha i guest it right at 1:05 im proud of my self haha

  • this guy isnt even drawing !!!!!

well he obviously doesnt understand what he is doing, maybe hes looking at a picture and eyeballing it or something is my guess!

  • @nhojproductions It´s true, drawing takes much more.If someone thinks it would be nice to learn how to something very good or maybe even brilliant,it takes selfthinking and drawing, right mental intelligence and manymany things more.Something to start with is to know the measurements of human in scale etc...

  • @jalmari1000 I know right :), and man animations a whole new system haha nearly is a whole new process and you must relearn everything you have learned just to do it!

  • FANTASTIC! I have been looking for a tutorial like this FOREVER. Thank you so much!

  • haha of course you chose the FRENCH princess XD

  • Haha, is it bad that I knew which Princess it was as soon as the part in her hair was drawn? :)

  • lol ur real good ima rate 5/5 and subscribe

    respond please

  • Spank you very munch, that helped

  • ahhh i knew it was belle

  • From the Artist: Thank you all for your kind words! I'm sorry the editor didn't show the finished sketch upright. We filmed that, but I guess it didn't make it to the final cut! As for the left-handed thing, it's more the other way around. It's not that left-handed people tend to be creative, it's that there's a slight tendency for creative people to be left-handed (left side of the body controlled by right brain hemisphere, which is the creative center). Me, I just got the family curse...

  • @jayfrenchstudios Why are you and the other expertvillage artists so awful? How come you guys can't produce one decent video?

  • @iDraw3G I didn't produce the videos, I was hired to perform them. Therefore, the camera angles & quality are out of my hands, as well as the subject matter or the poor categorization that YouTube chose (only a handful of the list I did were classified as "Anime" or "Cartoon"). I would say your question should be directed at Expert Village, not me.

  • @jayfrenchstudios No, you misunderstood the question. I'm asking why you and the other expertvillage "artists" produce such awful drawings. You're not a good cartoonist.

  • @iDraw3G I'm afraid art is subjective & a matter of taste. 4 out of 5 viewers seem to feel my videos are helpful and I AM a full-time freelance illustrator, so I make a living at it. I've got a client list of over 300 companies and twice as many private clients. If you don't like my style, that's fine, and as I said, I can't speak for Expert Village. But the blanket statement that I'm "not a good cartoonist" is merely your opinion.

  • @jayfrenchstudios Art is not subjective when it comes to realism; and when it comes to realism, you fail.

  • @jayfrenchstudios Just a suggestion. Try filming the paper directly on the top... like a birds eye view idk how to explain it. This way it looks deformed. Drawings only work if you are looking directly at them.. not at an angle. I know you know that but you dont do that in your videos. Im not a fan or anything i dont even watch your stuff but i stumbled across this video and just though it would be nice to give you this suggestion.

  • shame about the angle, kind of distorts the picture, awesome all the same though

  • left handed people rule no offence

  • Is it me or are most artists left handed? I myself am left handed and i'm not a bad artist myself i love drawing cartoons =-D

  • cool video

  • looks so easy for him

  • dude its Belle lol.

  • UN TAN UN TAN UN TAN MOE MOE KYUN

  • I'd love to draw like that!!!

I need an information... Doesn't he needs some lines that guide him before starting to draw Disney character?

  • Lol I knew it ever since I saw the face shape. Haha

  • <3 you are so good at drawing !!

    i love your pictures

  • haha i guessed right!!! YAYAYAYAY

  • love art

  • yeah well she is half right. There aren't that many left handed people, but most people who are left handed are usually really creative and frikin awesome at drawing... like my friend who is so much frikin better than meee -__- XD

But then it's all to do with how you draw and whether you practice.. and then the good ol being natural at it :D

  • Actually it doesn't matter whether hand it is you use. You're either born to draw or your not because it depends on having a steady hand and a visionary.

  • yup that'd true too ^^

I mean you could probably practice and practice.. but whether the character jumps off the page or not is through the visionary.. :)

  • @vkgoku2012 Rubbish. Drawing is a learned skill. What you mention are definitely advantages that would make it easier, but it can be done. Just like people without any particular musical talent can learn to play instruments through hard work, drawing is possible to learn for just about anyone who has at least one hand and are able to see.

  • @CorianaRaposa It´s true.It takes atleast good mental intelligence,so many years of training, and something bigger than Jesus.

  • @vkgoku2012 Thete are Two types of artists. The ones who is born with talent and the ones who works like hell to get it, often the ones who works like hell is the one who is the best later on in life 'cause the ones with natural talent often don't have that much dreativity or training like the one who doesn't have^^

  • @vkgoku2012 Not really. Everyone is born with the ability to draw. there is no such thing as talent. I really hate it when people think that when you're good at drawing its all just raw talent. Drawing is like every other skill and requires time, effort and hard work. Everyone can learn how to "see" and the steady hand part is just funny lol.

  • @Arnaudoviq I never practice, never took a real lesson, and I was in the top 10 contestants in a national art contest, which my high school art teacher entered me in. If you ever took a high school art class, you would know skills cant be developed from that! Talent is real, but its true that skill can be developed past the level of talent.

You sound jealous or something, dont be, its almost a curse to be expected to do something just because youre good at it.

  • What is that supposed to mean? Most artists and creatively inclined people are left handed.... It sounds like you think right handed people are superior to left handed people. I really hope that's not the case, or else I think you're an ignorant dipshit. I'm left handed, and draw at the same level as my art teacher, and he's RIGHT HANDED. Really, think before you type a comment.

  • I wish he'd tilt the page up so we can see the whole thing better

  • I love your drawings you are soo talented!

  • Love your pictures !

  • Something about that wasn't right. It looked like a high schooler's attempt at a Disney character, not Disney enough.

  • I'm not jealous I'm left handed to.

  • lol

  • hey your a lefty!!! i'm a lefty too, finally!!! lmfao xD love your belle!!

  • You're very talented! I also like Belle! Thank you! =D

  • You're very talented. I like Belle! Alas, your neck was off proportion.
