All you have to do is go to AT&T support chat and request they unlock your phone. Two requirements: you can't be in a long term contract and your account has to be active for more than 90 days. If you don't have an ATT account just find someone who does and let them request it for your W580. They will give you the unlock code and instructions. Ten minutes tops. It's that simple!
