It's not in Compton. There are several cities around Compton that have a Compton Blvd. I used to work in the city next to Compton, Paramount, and had occasion to drive in Compton quite often.
Did a little research for you, Millionphoenix101. The incident that most of the video shows, the guy that the medics are picking up, is actually in the "Newton" division of South Los Angeles city. The number on the lafd rescue is 14, which, according to the lafd web site is in Newton. Now you know more about it than you probably wanted to!
That was a street sign. I worked in the area down there on and off for over 17 years, so I can tell you with certainty that, with the possible exception of the Compton BLVD sign, the entirety of this video is in in Newton. How many times have YOU been to Compton?Anyway, you are right. Who cares.
the singer is Nina Gordon, I love her voice, she sings some weird stuff at times though, sometimes funny. But there's no debate about it, she sounds like an angel!
