Me and my friend had been skating there for about 3hrs with some other people therSo all of a sudden we here a big BANG and we all look over and this guys rubber tire fell off. So now this guy is pulling a small hill with 3 rubber wheels and 1 metal main tire with sparks flying up. So some guy who was skating goes there and rings it around the emergency pull. THen some guys comes over and asks if anyone is okay cuz his friend knocked off his tire drunk
