  • I love this song! Not only does this parody "Born to Run", but the beginning part comes from the song "Jungleland".

  • bert and the b street band

    bert guitar and vocals

    ernie drums

    cookie monster sax

    prairie dawn back vocals

    don music piano

    grover bass

    hairy monster rhythm guitar

  • The cast should be

    Bruce Springteen- MATTHEW WEIKERT

    Clarice- VANESSA HUDGENS

  • I really also love Clarice. I'll add her to my girlfriends with Suzetta. But I think she could sing with Bruce Springsteen and play the saxophone.

  • This was probably my favorite Sesame Street song when I was a kid. Even today, I still get a major kick out of it. Good times, very good times!

  • Do you by any chance have the album Sesame Country? Can you please please upload it?

    Thanks!!!

  • I love this sesame street song...and this is the best version I've ever heard...:)

  • see how catchy this is? this is what kids needs not the songs i hear on yo gabba gabba those r not songs

  • @MikeSavidge22

This is exactly one of the reasons why I got better at maths. Because I loved this song so much and the memories of it taught me how to learn basic things! :)

  • This was when I was very young right back in Infant Primary School. Long time ago!

  • Yo Gabba Gabba is NOTHING like old-school Sesame Street! You know what it is? It's pure sh*t.

  • @TelephoneRock4ever Yo Gabba Gabba treats kid like they are not smart. and most of the time, not all kids like to dance. Plus, the songs are most of the time annoying. Sesame Street at least treated kids equally, and anyone could watch it because it was made for all ages (kids learned, adults were entertained.) And you cannot deny a good Sesame Street song

  • Excellent, brings back memories!

  • Chris Cerf sure is a great singer.

  • He's playing piano on this track too.

  • He is indeed on piano. Told me out of his own mouth.

  • Yep. He's a rock star.

  • He is?

  • No. What I meant to say is he sings like a rock star.

  • Oh, I see.

  • i have this album

  • Really? Maybe you can help me find my own copy so I can play it when I want to, and Chris Cerf is one hell of a man, and one damn good singer.

  • Always wanted to hear the album version, thanks :-)
