Fishing is work... lol. But, it is fun work.... It was my first time out on my new boat; standards come with time. I named the boat Camo4x4s (Marine Edition). Still need to have it painted on there...

It sucks when you have multiple hobbies because you spend your money multiple times faster. I'm going to do one or two more dolphin trips and then hit up some tuna because I love tuna steaks...

Oh yeah, Mahi is best sauteed in butter with Porta Bella Mushrooms, lol. Grouper is great the same way, just remember to look up yor states fishing regs.

Sea Trout is another "easy" catch that tastes great...flounder is hard but the payoff is awesome...Now that ya have a boat...the sky is the limit..just make sure you know all the knots to tie. :D

Sometimes you have to gaff the fish. That is why they bleed. I know it is horrible but they where kept to be eaten. Sad fact of life... you want to eat meat? Your going to inflict some kind of pain on that animal or fish... Just like we will suffer more than likely when we as humans pass on.
