  • oh man, look at the fun he and will are having!

  • @JonP1961 com certeza ele faz parecer bem facil... kkkkk

quem me dera fosse verdade... sniiiif

  • just discovered my new favorite bass player

  • I have that bass, the best I've ever played, so comfortable, such a sound... for everything. When distorted, hell get's much hotter and zombie corps are flying off the amp

  • I'd like to figure out what intervals he was tapping there. Goes too fast for me to pick out. Sounded like the roots of the chords (which then changed) and the 3rd's and the 7th's possibly? Any help?

  • @MrProudlefty The part where he has the right hand playing the low G has his left hand tapping on the diminished 4th notes E and Bb, occasionally dropping the left hand down a half step to play the notes Eb and A. The earlier tapping motif consists of the notes Bb-C-G, running in that order. He holds the F below the Bb and switches to E every four beats. Try using right hand fingers for notes G and C, and left hand to play Bb with F/E. Try holding the F or E while repeating Bb-C-G above it.

  • @MrProudlefty Looking at the first response I wrote to you, it may be confusing. Try this: With your left hand, play the notes Bb and F on frets 15 of the g and d strings. After hitting both notes once simultaneously, use your right fingers to play the C at the 17th fret of the g string, followed by the G at the 17th fret of the d string. After four beats, change the F to E (now play the Bb and E simultaneously followed by the C and G). Good Luck!

  • @dantro78 Thank you very much! I appreciate it because I wasn't able to divide the notes individually but thank you so much. I mostly understood your first comment, I have taken a college music theory course and my father is a theory teacher haha but your second comment really confirmed what I though you meant from the first. So thanks again! I'm very grateful.

  • his funk comes through my speakers and into my my world - ahhhh it feels good!

  • One of the best electric bass solos I've ever heard. Brian's hand strength and range of expertly developed technique is enormous! Will Kennedy is a monster drummer as well, and Lee Ritenour is always so elegant and tasteful.

I really wish the whole song had been recorded!

  • This one of the best bass player, not only he is amazing on electric, you have to see him on upright!A true musician!

  • Dang...and non-musician friends of mine wonder why I prefer classical and good jazz and funk instead of Soulja Boy...haha

  • this guy likes a trick or ten . great player....great performer

  • This reminds me how unfortunate our pop culture's obsession with youth really is. We get Spears and Lohan shoved down our throats with talent like this lurking in the shadows. Thanks for posting.
