Wow! I'm so jealous! you went to Japan and then the next year Korea. :) I also got invited from that program, but it was going to be in Australia instead. :/ I never got the change of doing it since my parents were against the idea of me going, plus it was expensive, but will do the study abroad program for Japan once I transfer to a university next semester. :)
i studied some before i left so i could read a bit and speak enough to get around. then i started korean class and forgot everything. i have som egood books for studying but i dont plan on opening them until my scedule gets less crazy. but you seem like your japanese is really good. is it better than ur korean?
It was AMAZING haha i saw ur video man i miss those japanese people who randomly talked to us. haha me and one of my friends, at the sports hotel in Gifu, talked to a boys japanese baseball team! they were sooo cute :) haha
i want my family to back with me... but they hate flying -_-
I loved the random Japanese people~! They were so nice!
Your lucky! Talking to cute Japanese baseball team. I tried to get as many pics with Japanese guys as I could [I think Japanese guys are so hot X_X xD]
I told my mom when I got back: "I want to go back, and your going to come with me"
omg. here in new england we dont even get that much vegetation. i love this. and i got a letter from them and i have a meeting coming up. do you have any advice as to look out for or anything on my trip? thanks in advance^-^
My homestay was awesome. we were in ireland and our family was pretty cool. i was a little disapointed though because we still had to do group activities and travel with the whole delegation during the daytime, it felt sorta like we just ate and slept there and spent some time at night there.2 years ago in Germany they actually took us to school with them and we only saw the whole delegation together like once during the 3 days. Now that was an interesting homestay. all and all though it was fun
about $6,000 including airfare, meals, hotel rooms and basically everything you need exept personal spending money. so its actually a pretty good deal, considering what you get
Im doing treasures of Japan. good to know about the weather, I did England Ireland and Wales this past summer, can you say rain? lol. how was your home stay?
OMG!! my group didnt actually get a homestay!!! i was soo mad because the other group we saw there did :'( instead we split up and went to two different small inns that were family run. it was still pretty cool because they treated us like family.... did you get a homestay? how was it??
it was really humid and hot but luckly not much rain! even though its sooo humid it was worth it because its soo beautiful there. i went on the land of the rising sun one. which one are you going to??
