Peter Papini (Yellowstone) and Steve Voice were singer songwriters who also coined the famous Kelly Marie hit "Feels like I'm in love". Both became successful writer/producers in their own rights. Steve Voice had solo hits including "On the Shelf" and formed the band Revolver. Their one and only self titled album is now highly regarded and collectable. Saludos!

This one is quite easy to find. You've been searching with the wrong words: it's no "people stop stealing", but "people stop and stare at". The song is called "Everybody's talking" (1969 or 1970), recorded by Nilsson and, as far as I remember, it was theme of a movie.

Now the ones I'm looking for are really hard to find! For instance:
