From the day you have your first interview to actually graduated out of the police college can take up to two years. and the training COURSE is 13 weeks of 12 hour days in SCHOOL its not just one course and for the RCMP its 24 weeks.

I'll often give the police some benefit of the doubt in these scenarios and the police are not able to give their side of the story yet, because the case is still being investigated, but this looks REALLY bad on them.
This is a woman that they stopped and then released. Then they arrested her again when she questioned why they'd stopped her (which is within her rights to ask). They charged her with being drunk in public and then this happened.

now i know thats a little extreme to say but if that were to happen you took a little knee to the leg and turned it into the potential of this woman cause serious bodily harm or death and then the police officers could use lethal force. In order to understand the entire situation you have to be a law enforcement agent or have taken classes on self defense. But i do agree the hair pulling and cutting of the shirt is unacceptable

These officers had rights too and officer saftey is primary focus when it comes to any situation because if you see the actual unedited video of the camera shot about mrs bonds head she has one hand cuff on her left had and if she were to break away from these guys she could use that as a weapon

Why would you need to cut off a drunk woman's shirt? Was she hiding booze in her nipples? If you going to remove a prisoner's clothing then why even bother frisking them since they're eventually going to be naked anyway? She violently resisted being searched, which would certainly make it seem she was hiding something. And she damn near crippled the only female officer in the room with a mule kick.

If they did cut off her shirt then the cops did do something wrong. But as of "beating her" is total garbage. I trained in police tactics and the knee to the leg is to stun and distract her so they can get her down and cuff her. No brutality here text book tactics. and she wasnt innocent she was walking down town because she had open alcohol and no matter how serious that is or isnt if you resist the police then end result will be the same

Personally I feel that to be a police recruit you should be no younger than 30, any younger and you tend to have a chip on your shoulder; and the bulk of training should be diplomacy. Notwithstanding, the officers in this video do not represent the norm, and their carriers as police officers should be terminated.

From the day you have your first interview to actually graduated out of the police college can take up to two years. and the training COURSE is 13 weeks of 12 hour days in SCHOOL its not just one course and for the RCMP its 24 weeks.

The same homeless man who received an award for rescuing two people whose van had plunged into an icy creek in 2008

I'll often give the police some benefit of the doubt in these scenarios and the police are not able to give their side of the story yet, because the case is still being investigated, but this looks REALLY bad on them.
This is a woman that they stopped and then released. Then they arrested her again when she questioned why they'd stopped her (which is within her rights to ask). They charged her with being drunk in public and then this happened.
But even if she was a criminal this is wrong.
