@polebender160 he never did completely get over his accident. he received a fracture right on the knee joint when we fell and after gaining so much weight from his break he got a hold of some bad hay at one point and i never caught it and he got heaves also so cant use him for hard riding so i had to replace him. I still take him out on short bareback rides however. but i now use a small mare named kiss. ive got videos of her up here to :)

you horse is awesome ! but if your going to train him to barrel race... he isnt very good at it (yet (; ) alll you gotta do is take him at it a trots instead of cantering him at them right away , untill he is taking them awesome at a trot ... dont canter just yet (:

im 11 years old and my horse took off on me 3 times i was doing barrels with hime adn it was my firdt time and he bucked me off the 2nd time i sprained my leg cuz i jumped off of him cuz i was gonna fall of anyways he sepped on the inside of my right leg the third time he got scared of a poncho and bucked me can u tell me something that can help me prevent that from happening

@celestinejewel try teaching him the one rein stop. I demostrated it on my barrel racing video with Kiss. I think it's called "Barrel Racing Ooops" or something like that. whenever he takes off on you, perform that maneuver and eventually he should stop the habit. my mare was the same way too. hopefully this works :) good luck!

I have an appaloosa gelding who we think used to barrel race cuz one of our friends who used to barrel race rode him and did a perfect pattern on him. But he is 19 and his hocks are sore so he hates to do them but he still likes to cut cows:D I love your horses tho

Good vid!! I barrel race too!!! :D I totaly love it!! Its my life long addiction!!! The only things thats gonna stop me from runnig barrels is when i get old and cant get on a horse. lol. But thats not for a very very very very very very long time!! :D

VERY nice horse, although, if he is still in training, I absolutely do not recommend barrel racing with him. If you want to start barrels, he needs to be fully trained, and never run him, you have to start out slow, walk and trot before you ever ask for more. He has to know it slow before he can know it fast. Good luck.

I use to ride a horse with the same name. He was a brown quarter horse though. He was one of the first horses I rode. XD

Ah. So you're training him. That's cool. I'd love to do that some time in my life. Unfortunately, I don't think think I have enough experience with training horses yet. I'm still working on training my very first. lol

wait, it would seem that you DO have a video of you riding, but did you not think that i would notice that you said you didn't want any constructive critism? yeah, well, i did. if you dont want mean comments on your videos, what are you doing saying other people can't ride for "shit" and what the HELL does that even mean?! make up some comments that actually make sense. she could kick your ass in riding. honestly, get a life other than making others feel bad because you can't ride.
