I was told that I had to abort. The doctor told me that the baby had little chance of survival. My Uterus was abnormally small and tilted back. @MrPr0glitcher Actually, you do. There's this case called Roe v. Wade. It determined that women do, in fact, have the right to terminate it. That's because it's their body. It's their choice. The fetus is not alive and has no say in the matter. It's not yet a person, but the mother is. America is a pro-choice country. Deal with it.

Therefore, since we don't understand the "soul" or "spirit" of a being there is no way you can determine what it feels. And the poem was writen by a grown human because it takes a grown person to speak for those who cannot.
If there are medical reasons to have an abortion then fine, but don't kill something that you made the mistake of making just to cover yourself.

I was told that I had to abort. The doctor told me that the baby had little chance of survival. My Uterus was abnormally small and tilted back. He told me that if the baby did live, there would be reprocussions. They even said it would be deformed and possibly brain dead. Then he told my grandmother that I might not even survive it. The decision was made and I had to go through with it. I was willing to take that chance but had no choice. Now I can't have children. You may wanna rethink this.

@heysaintjude simply having sex with a thirteen year old is statutory rape, on the premise that a thirteen year old girl is not comparable to an adult woman in decision making ability, especially for sex. Actually that part of the brain may develop as late as age 25 so women getting married younger can be a mistake.

This is a very insightful poem into the perspective of an unborn child within a mother's womb. Some in support of Abortion may choose to believe thoughts can not exist with an unborn child, but I believe if the unborn could speak for themselves this is what they might say. The unborn are human persons, developing human persons yet human person none the less. The unborn should have the right to make choices too.
