I always tried to take a leaf out of Ron's book. Strike first, make the players scared of you, don't let them start the psychological war. I'm a lifelong flyers fan and I thought Hextall was both a lowlife with zero character, and by far the most overrated athlete of all time. The number of bad goals he gave up in 1988 and 1989 was unbelievable. Oh yeah, and he also always had drama around his contract back when that didn't happen very often in hockey. I wish he was never our goalie, but I will admit he had a good year when he came back in 1995, but that only lasted the one year.
