Does this game has Disasters as Sim city? And if it does, is there one where there is a big person dancing on screen while destroying the city? I think he has a hat also

I made it to love domes/omnibuldges once. You just have to balance your shit out like every 2 seconds and be sure to make good use of your reward structures so as to keep your vibes where they need to be. Although I don't think it's possible on medium/hard, as the map sizes just seem to small. Then again, you can always make the people on the planet aethiest so you'll have fewer souls coming in, though your advisers will bitch about it.
Anyone have an abandonware of this game for Windows? All I see that's being sold is the Mac version and I contacted LucasArts and they said they don't sell it or are going to produce it again.
