It wasn't fake actually. I sped up the video purposely for the lol's since I can't add the voices for the gameplay.

get on a ladder, get almost to the top (but don't go off) then go back down (just stop before you hit the bottom) turn round, press crouch twice quickly and you should be able to crab walk.
