people who say Brock Lesnar is "underrated" clearly has never heard of Igor "Ice Cold" Vovchanchyn. Igor was really the guy who started "sprawl and brawl". Coming from a kickboxing background, he beat guys like Mark Kerr, a wrestler, and other ground fighters by forcing them to stand up with him. He is one of the BEST HW of all time. Again, people who swear they know Everything, say Lesnar is one of the best of all time..etc. etc. Hell no, Igor is. This man doesn't get the credit he deserves!

Jackson was smart enough to waste no time with Igor . Igor was a scary fighter in mma at 39 years old allready 60 mma fights and 62 kick boxing pro fights and over 100 amature fights he was a rock . 1 hit from Igor that's all it took . In order to beat him you had to try for a ko early or sub because he could go for ever. No one traded with Igor cro cop was a monster he got the ko the only ko in rigors career. Igor is a very interesting fighter and character shrouded in a mystic, much like fedor's, and a TRUE warrior who's fought in some of the most brutal, grueling tournaments , sometimes several times per night! This fight against Jackson was Igor's 58th MMA fight! Plus before MMA he dominated the Russian kickboxing world with 60-2 record. Imagine what his body had been through at that point. Respect to Jackson too!!

Damn. Jackson was huge for this fight! A solid 230lbs! 5 or10lbs heaviyer than Igor and a 5 inch height advantage ! Rampage's first slam broke Igor's rib/s!

Vovchanchyn was winning the standup. Despite Quinton's good blocking, Igor, a way more experienced kickboxer moved more swiftly,. Had he not gotten injured , his strikes probably would have overwhelmed Jackson in round 2. Quinton's ground and pound was brutal. But Igor is so explosive, executing a wonderful escape from mount!
