The suit is a representation of of his job. Fakeness. Not knowing his true self or what he is doing. This entire film is symbolism and referencing. The suit is not just a hi tech suit and it doesnt have anything to do with the drugs. He took the suit off when he left work yet he did drugs after work. The suit is not just a suit.

I think the brown bag that he rips and takes his cell phone out of, is probably made out of some signal scrambling material.

Too bad. Because I think feel that this whole speech is just there to bring you into the right state of mind for the final blow: "OK, let's eat." THAT is the moment when you really feel like your gonna puke every second now, because of the hypocrisy and stone hearted society of drones. This whole scene seems to be just the pretext to that one sentence.
