Yes, this level was hard. But not "hard" in the way that it challenges players' ability or reflexes. It was hard because of how incredibly annoying and difficult the Wii controls were. The slightest movement left or right made a big difference, but SEGA still made these narrow pathways that they KNEW we would fall from.

@GHMdude Yeah I suffered on the super sonic section for ages. The trick is to use the dash dodge to move quickly and also there is a strategic technique I use for the eyes. Go from the middle left to the far left knocking all the eyes out in that order baring in mind you have to go very far to catch the last left eye then do the same with middle right to far right. The last set of boulders hurled at you are actually fairly easy compared to some of the others...

This is such a fun level! I've played both versions and by far this eggman land is better than the nazi version for the 360. It's challenging, fast, and it's separate from the werehog bits.

I love the music in this one. It gets your heart beating, what, with all the speed, the frantic movements, the smooth transitions in to different sections.

inside the gaia gates there are some doors with a moon and a sun on them if you go in them and compelte the small mission inside you get an extra life =D

You can tell it's Wii because at 2:51 is shows a B button symbol which rules out it being PS2 or PS3 and the Xbox 360 has more detail and better graphics.

(I haven't seen the Xbox 360 version of Eggman Land so it could be designed differently too)

And I think the guy who uploaded it would know.

You missed 2 crucial shortcuts at the beginning of the level. The first is to miss the bumber at the start and instead boost over the lava pit at 0:33. Saves you time spent homing-attacking. The second is after the spike balls at 0:50, there's a pair of robots across the pit at 0:51. Home-Attack them then light dash through the following rings. It saves a second or so of time from drifting those turns. There's also that jump you failed at 1:18. Jumping into the rainbow ring nets you a shortcut.

Do you remember in the temple that on the sides are doors that require a certain number of metals to open? Behind each door is a puzzle-like room that carry some items. Some of these items consist of extra lives that permently increases the total amount of lives you hold by one.
