I suspect that it isnt an issue anymore since the video is from 2008.

Ptrocles, I'd like to point out that I do not like the original timing. I like to speed up and slow down at random times when I feel I should during my performance. I still play it just like this now because I want some personal aspects in it, not a 100% cover, that's just not my bag.

i see people say that all over the internet but i downloaded some sheet music that was arranged by eric clapton a version of natural gas, dont remember who it was published by but i still have a copy somewhere. people re arrange sheetmusic all the time.

You might be able to find some tablature site saying that it was eric clapton playing it, but anyone can submit tablature to those sites and title them whatever they want. Same with mislabled mp3's on file sharing networks. Clapton never recorded it, or played it live.
