Well for several reasons. A.) Because he could have sweeped you from mount several times but decided to lay on his side B.) Because he is standing there with his hands down and makes no attempt to feint to drop takedown and finally C.) It's the sign of an amateur to grab someones head in that position and never let go.
That red-shirted guy seems to be some fighter. Looks are deceptive - he looks more frail than his opponents but he withstands their assaults and seems to win through in the end. Very neat armbar to finish this one off, but I was well impressed before then with the atandard of his fighting
The guy not in red was HORRIBLE.

I (red Shirted guy) Weighed 119 pounds going into this fight and they guy in the green weighs 220.

Almost had him in a triangle at the one part.
And for a little bit I though you were gona get an Inverted Triangle on him, I was gona freak out if you did.
