if Nintendo are gonna make Magma Ruby and Aqua Sapphire then they should obv put the storyline of Emerald but put Steven as champ and make Wallace exclusive to Aqua Sapphire and Juan to Magma Ruby. Also Maxie's main Pokemon should be Aggron and Archie's Walrein because them two are opposites in Diamond/Pearl.

no doubt that in 2013 they would have this game made! Pkmn R/B came out in 95, 10yrs(2005) later R/B remakes! Pkmn G/S came out in 2000, and here we are sitting in 2010 with the G/S remakes! and R/S came out in 03 which means 10yrs later (2013), of course a R/S remake!

I definately agree with MewtwoX64, Royal Ruby and Sacred Sapphire are ideal titles.

The secret bases in the game this time should allow you to place as many items as you want in the secret base, and there should definately be a wider selection of objects, ornaments, etc.
