7 years ago I did Tae Bo for a whole summer and I went from 365 to 315 in 3 months. But I got lazy again and put it all back on. I have a 5yr old daughter now and need to be there for her. I am glad Billy Blanks didn't hear me yelling at the tv, but he did whip me into shape back then.
