@badmanfedem ....i hav now flown my new hk galaxy 4 times and its very hard but im getting the hang of it fast!..i havent crashed so im very happy bcoz it is HARD!
@bigtiii : I know the 808 you are talking about.. and I would have to say no. The HK WingCam in my opinion has a couple extra features and I think produces a better image. It also has a larger battery for longer recording time. There is a file on the HK website that you can download the manual from. Also, on my Channel, I posted a video going over how to use and program the HK wingcam, along with a demo video. Hope that helps a bit. ~~Robert.
thanks guys. yep thats me .all over the place. Key is RELAX. slowly Im getting it. relaxing more with proper balance of aircraft it is coming. my 3DHS foamie is much like yours in the vid. these videos are great and helping A LOT. thanks again guys.
@slaloosh Because of the size of the control surfaces on these planes, it is very very difficult. It is hard to be successful learning 3d without expo. It is hard to fly smoothly period without it.
Oh, I forgot: on the 3D-Hawk I hate the stock prop it comes with, so I use a TP Slow Fly propeller 8x3.8. I'm at 6500' MSL and it hovers just fine up here around 2/3 throttle. It can even hover with a battery as large as 1000mah, but doesn't have a lot of power to climb out of a hover.
Michael, I notice you mention the HobbyKing Galaxy, and that it's depron and can break easily. So, I'd just like to point out one more plane that I'm sure HobbyKing would be willing to send to you for free to evaluate. This is the one I fly: it's the hobbyking 3D-Hawk 650mm wingspan model (search "3D-Hawk" on Hobbyking and click the top link).I fly it with the stock motor and a 500mah or 800 mah battery. It is EPO and very durable, so perhaps a better choice even? I'd like to get your opinion.
im gunna make a similar playlist of videos like this, greeeeeat job!!!

@RCRedBaron Cool. Looks like a rendition of the 808 keychain spycam. Is it similar and if so would it be closest to version 3 of the 808?

I forgot great video too Michael. Please make more. All these tips are appreciated. The plane you used is kind of like the Eflite Eratix.

The 3D-Hawk is a good cheap way of learning to really throw a plane around and try 3D :) I also run an 8x3.8" on mine too
