In every country there are crimes that uniquely reflect its society. National Intelligence Service director-designate Kim Seung-kyu, in a lecture he gave late in May when he was justice minister, said: "The three representative crimes of our country are perjury, libel and fraud.
" In simple comparison, not taking into account population ratio, South Korea saw 16 times as many perjury cases in 2003 than Japan, 39 times as many libel cases and 26 times as many instances of fraud. That is extraordinarily high given Japan's population is three times our own.
The common denominator of the three crimes is lying; in short, we live in a country of liars. The prosecution devotes 70 percent of its work to handling the three crimes, the former justice minister said. And because suspects lie so much, the indictment rate in fraud cases is 19.5 percent, in perjury 29 percent and in libel 43.1 percent. "Internationally, too, there is a perception that South Korea's representative crime is fraud,"
Kim said, adding that recent major scandals show how rampant lying is in this country.
Lying is so common in our society because few recognize that it leads to crime. "What's wrong with telling a little lie?" they think. And here the big problem is that men of power, rather than ordinary citizens, indulge in lying on a massive scale, to the point where it is regarded as a necessary means of survival in some circles.
Actually the word "racism" did not exist in any language until the 1930s. The word is used by elits to controll and neutralise national or ethnic sentiment. The word dose not differinciate for ex. race pride or love from race hate or wanting to kill.
For ex. if I choose to marry a woman of my race and openly say that I dont want to marry a woman of another race. Then I am a racist. Any form of racial separatism is not accepted in a politically correct world.
It is a simple tribe opposition that happen in general humankind society.
For example, Africa.
Or it is Japan and China of the age of civil strife.
However, it is done by the next reason mainly that racism happens.
1-A country with much immigrant
2-The country which became in a colony
In our country Japan, the discrimination that deviated from common sense for both a Westerner and an Oriental has "not happened" from the front for several thousand years. (Besides time under the wartime)
British commonwealth countries , Canada, Australia, New Zealand have Anglosaxon populations that want to be in charge of everything and they have closed societies and associations ensuring they stay on top of everyone else there. They talk about equality and justice but in reality they don't care about that and non-Anglosaxons are secondary for them. So I'd have to say it is racial discrimination.
Unfortunately racism is alive everywhere in the world. I encountered racism towards me while living in Japan. I was spit on by an old man as I stood on the corner waiting for the light to change, and another time going to a bar with Japanese friends. I was not allowed to enter the bar. Many signs"JAPANESE ONLY". I had no choice but to accept this is the way it is in Japan. I still love Japan.
"manners of people of a specific country are bad"

In case of most countries with many people abusing a word of "Racist", their own have a problem by racism.
In particular the tendency seems to be big in North America.
However, racial distinction and classification and likes and dislikes by "a legitimate form"exist.
I wanted to say it in this video.
More-info of the next video is the same, too.

In many cases in Europe. One could hardly agnolage difference between races, without being called a racist.

Sadly racism is alive in the british commonwealth countries very much so.

Thank you.
Probably I think that there is discrimination even in a country that having the "nobility" and the country which nobility had ever.
Is there any racism to be concrete in Britain?
Is it really racism?(by color or race)
Or is it discrimination by another reason?

Yes, That's life.
As for the sine of "Japanese Only", it is different from each other by area.
It is different by area in Tokyo metropolis.
In addition, it is different from each other by the generation that you lived in Japan.
There is a case to meet with No-Japanese when we go to a foreign country.
However, it is common sense that we obey policy of the country.

2.
Cause of the signboard of Japanese "JapaneseOnly",
Perhaps the reason is English ownership is low in Japan.
A trouble is easy to happen in order and speech.
Of course, a reception of Japanese varies with your behavior.
However, usually there is few that we segregate a foreigner only in the outside.
There were a lot of foreigners in place of "Nezu""Yanaka""Sendagi" that I lived before.
A tourist existed much in addition to the foreigner which worked.
There was not the Only-Japanese at all.
