@kambiz8321 I get it... it's not the riff, it's the guitar tone is very similar... as is the style. But so what? Isn't that the point of having influences?
"omg it's the same riff these guys suck". Get over yourselves. These guys didn't use the same riff. Listen to Trigger by In Flames then listen to this and you will see that it's completly different :/ Can you guys actually play like these guys. No!. So shut up..... Idiots :/
Hello... Firstly, i'm not saying i don't like this but... It's a rip off of "In Here" by "Blinded Colony". Serious, go have a look! Oh and "Trigger" by "In Flames".
Pretty obvious "rip-offs" but even though they wear their influences on their sleeves, it's used in a pretty tasteful way., The Trigger riff is pretty cool no matter how it's used, if you ask me :P
who cares dude. Really, does it matter? They in russia also, they have no copyright so who cares. In fact, I think its a nice add on to my in flames collection thank you very much.
Copyright laws apply all over the world. I suppose it doesn't matter. However as musician and songwriter myself, it would be sooo nice and easy to just vaguely rewrite other peoples songs. It's hard to fit the genre stylistics you like these days without sounding like someone else.
I'm just saying that if you hear a song that sounds identical to two other songs within the first forty seconds of hearing them (in almost spine shivering exactitude) You know they probably won't be around long!
Um, might want to check into that. Copyright rules don't work that way, and are far from applying all over the world. Many countries don't honor amerian or other countries copyright laws. Russia, China, Japan are just a few. I speak from experience on this. Ive dealt with copyrighting work for quite some time now.
Agreed. The only albums I've successfully found are Crystalic's (Watch Us Deteriorate), Silent Descent's (Duplicity), and Timecry's four songs. These bands are good...they should be more popular.
WTF, I cant get it the similarity between Inflames and this song. BTW, This song is amazing

If you think this guy is bad, check out the singer in Silent Descent.

In further news, I think oabbasi gets all these bands from the keepers of metal blogspot (which has just been shut down) or other sites.
I am also a Melodeath nerd who spends alll day finding obscure bands though it appears i'm a little more scrutinizing!

@sevensillhouettes keep in mind this happens all the time with many different artists, in every genre =s so don't take this as a one-off.
