  • A little slow, but wonderful

  • para pa pa pa pa pa pa pa pararara para pararara pa paraaa praa pararaaa pap papa

  • Hmm... There's supposed to be a fix for the crackling, but I can't remember it.

  • versione originalissima! peccato x l' audio non buono nn dipeso dal disco ma dalla dinamica in atto di registrazione su youtube...

  • kinda crackly... but still a good song...

  • LOADS OF CRACLING FROM MY SPEAKERS?????

  • this is a vinyl recording? it's os awesome!

  • I really like the quotes - they add a nice touch to the video. Thanks.

  • that's jimmy stewart playing glenn miller in the first picture.

  • My bands grand finale at out Jazz concert the other day was this song, no one can stand still during this song. My two best guy friends who aren't really the dancing type COULD NOT stand still during this song. Just imagine two 15 year old boys swaying back and forth to the music.

  • REALLY GOOD MUSIC !

THOSE WHERE GOLDEN MUSIC AGES .

  • James Stewart did a good Glenn Miller but there will always be one. What happened to those lovely days when things were decent, kind living and everything seemed to be a happy existence despite the war and everything else that went on. This is good times never to be had again. If there was a time machine want to go back and see those times until the mid nineties that was happy days.

  • good song but shit quality

  • Interesting and precious rare version

  • I absolutely love this! Is it just me though, or does this sound slower than the original song?

  • @xomusiclover93ox

It IS slower. It may be one of the ghost bands or imitators. Also note the first image on the video was that of Jimmy Stewart, the actor that played Miller in the 50's so this could be from the soundtrack of The Glenn Miller Story.

  • to the Greatest Generation that kicked the nazi's ass and then some, I salute you, heart and soul. God Bless our GI's!!!!

  • come ladies let do the jive

  • Love this...how can you not!

  • Who the hell is this? Certainly not Glenn Miller!

  • is this the tempo he usually takes it?

cuz there's this live version of it must faster?

  • I just jizzed

  • Awesome song!!!

  • Its a great song and i love it.

but the crackling noise in the back ground didnt do it any good.

but the photos and the quotes were A+!

and i know if i found an old record like this and had the chance to play it on a turn table .....i would gladly go there anyway and dance my but off!.........;-)

  • This is truly one of the best songs ever made. How ever the sound in this tape is a bit blurry you might say. But it was so good hearing this song again.

  • I'm playing this with my school =)

    It's awesome to play :)

  • You CAN'T sit still while you listen to this music! What a classic!

  • you´re right :)

  • A truly excellent song that hasn't degraded at all with age.

  • aaahhhh i love this singg i used to tap dance to iit in like grade 4

  • Love this song and the oldest!

  • Glenn Miller is one of the VERY best all-time Big Band musicians... why can't today's music be so mellow and down-to-earth???

  • agreed

  • @OldFart2K thats becuse people think that this old music isnt cool at all, they think its cool to be lisnening to songs that have people screaming all the time.

  • @OldFart2K because many of our generations minds have left earth.

  • omg i love this song

  • Awesome!

  • Wow its Beautiful!!!

    BRAVO!
