@Wellensittichfreund hi! sorry for delay, pencil cant export your animation to any video file but frame by frame (,jpg or .png) you need to import your frame by frame animation into any software that can join it into a video file (macromedia flash in my case) i hope this can be help you, (dont worry about your english I am mexican n_n)
@lalogamer55beastFPS you need to draw on separate layers to redraw only those parts which has movement from those which are still, for example the face are still in a single layer and eyes are a second layer with many frames n_n
how did you get it to play on you tube im still confused i have a really nice animation to post but sounds complicated to do this and do that and this and that and download this and that then save as this ..... why cant we just save as wmv off the back? can some one tell me the steps to do so i can post my animation on youtube
If you study the way hair moves in the wind, you will see that it works on a wave, or ripple using reverse curves. If you apply this principle, you will improve this scene.

cool i tried to make a run GIF. 5 different drawings turned out good..except i didnt have marcomedia..and actually used a stickfigure program called pivot to animate it xD
@lussifer99 you need to draw separately the parts of the body, the parts which has movement in different layers than others are static. in this case the body are static and this will be a static single layer on the bottom on your movie, this also is also called "keyframe". Try to made loops of the same movement on hair, copy and paste like "1,2,3,4,3,2,1,2,3,4,3..." so if you try this you got a largest animation movement without drawing a lot of frames, thanks for watching! :D

@alikamilsmile You need winrar to extract the files. Make a folder and then copy and paste. Then double click on pencil and program starts.

@Patagonia1881 you can go cheaper and download mpeg stream clip and convert a .mov (YOUR ANIMATION) into an avi (works in most edtors)
