@the1hero1of1time It depends on which part of the brain is removed. The person will typically lose functions associated with that part. It doesn't necessarily make them less 'smart'. They may have trouble speaking, loss of vision, memory problems or concentration problems.

how long does it take for a meningioma to be removed?my mother will undergo surgery soon,its located in the front on the dura area of her brain,the doc said shes lucky cos the tumou is not within the brain so they consider it a standard procedure since its located out side the brain.
