Hmm interesting, the reason it blows air is to release the mold from the plastic sheet?
Looks like I might need to rethink my design for my diy vacuum forming table.

Great stuff! I've always struggled though with the next step, how you attach really thin plastic to another object... always seems to break / crack etc...

Could you let me know if HDPE 1mm thickness sheet needs to be sandwich heated for vacuum forming? or 1 side heating is good enough

Hi kurrodu, for 1mm thickness material one side heating is good enough to get a good result. It's an easy thickness.
