The dodge dually, early 90's chevy pickup with lift kit, some of the cars, and the late 80's and early 90's ford pickups, should have not been cash in. Those vehicles probably had no mechanical problems, what a waste. The whole program was a waste, I mean think about teenagers, what are they supposed to drive? Not everybody can afford a new car, besides new cars suck, they won't last as long as the older well built cars will.

For every one of those giant rusty 20 year old trucks crushed you can likely run 3 four cyl cars. Good program idea, but the rules were too relaxed when they are taking in 6 cyl vans.
Take all those cars and put them on a lot. Sell them for 500-2000 and you'll be set with a car. In my opinion that sounds way better than crushing them or killing the engines....

The series 1 Supercharged 3800 vehicles managed to just qualify for this program. The Buick Park Ave Ultra and the Bonneville SSEi in this vid are damn nice cars.. Christ, I'm getting 25 mpg average with my supercharged Bonneville. This is wrong!
