oh my. Ok i dont wana sound rude or anything but that looked very yukky. you seem to be doing alot of mistakes. I own an achille also. first of are you ussing pre ground espresso ? you are tamping it way to hard. you should be pulling the shot straight after the cooling flush not thirty seconds after. and you should not need to pull so many times justone and a half.

No, I'm not using pre-ground espresso.
Thanks for the tips, but, you have to realize this was one of my first attempts. It's gotten much better since.
