@TheSavageSheep123 Yes, there is free roam. Both singleplayer and multiplayer, although you can only freeroam in multiplayer in a private session with friends or people you invite.

@bully13666 Thanks!! Yea the framerate is because it recorded it using my DSLR in 24 fps instead of 30 or 60. =( That would have made it look smoother. Next time!
