I know he is undersized but i would consider Dwight a real center he's probably the only guy in the NBA who is a legit back to the basket center. Him and Shaq of course. Like I said Dwight is only 6'11 but he game is like that of a real center.

Yes I have and Olajuwon whooped his sky hooking behind! just cause he played 50 years and is the leading scorer just means he was durable and was blessed to play with players that may have been better than him! As far as Wilt goes, Russell abused him on a nightly basis...and at 6'9". Both Wilt and Kareem are great centers but were too slow for Olajuwon. If he made Robinson look slow!

Kareem was 37 years old when Olajuwon came into the league. That year he averaged 22 points and 8 rebounds per game. Even at almost 40 years old, his sky hook was nearly unstoppable.

Now imagine the sky hook coupled with a very athletic body. Kareem was durable BECAUSE he was an incredible athlete. No one could stop Kareem in his prime and Olajuwon would have been no different.

Durable indeed but was never quick, especially the quickest. Oh and Wilt gave it to Kareem every time they played, look it up he blocks 2 sky hooks in a row! ouch! bottom line Olajuwon was better in all categories he just got beat up and triple teamed every play of his career, since he didnt have Magic, Worthy and company to bail him out. only player to win a title w/o another all-star on his team. the 2nd he had Clyde. Quadruple doubles! not Kareem not Bird, MJ whom all were on great teams.

if you all think about it logically, the nba and basketball skills in general have evolved and developed to a higher level from the start of the nba in the 1950's. you put all these old as players in lists when really you cant compare them. basketball and the centers that dominated the game back in the 50's and 60's and 70's were not at the level centers today are at. so stop comparing players that didnt play in the same time period! its irelevant

Think about it...Chamberlain played against Russell 6'10"...and thats not all games...Chamberlain always had the height advantage..Olajuwon played against guys like Shaq,David Robison,Pat Ewing, Kareem, the list goes and on..Olajuwon better...But I'd love to see Chamberlain play against other guys his size...to really see who was better

Yao is pretty good man. In Wilt's day they didn't have the 3-point shot, didn't have 3-seconds, (so they could just give it to the big man standing under the basket forever) and the talent level at every position was much lower because it was still mostly white guys (nothing against them) rather than some of the best players in the world.

He has an equally amazing highlight on Hakeem. He dunked on him at the end of a Houston playoff victory.

I don't know who the reason is, or that he made a Hakeem video. Hell half the reason I made this was because I didn't know there was a Hakeem mix out there...I got all the footage myself and put this together.

You do realize that all the reasonsf3 did was take the Hakeem the Dream video that the nba released in 95, rip out the highlight clips in the same order and then add music to it.

The guy who made this at least had some talent.(I didnt make the video)
